The Society brings together my interests in Champagne, food, entertaining and travel, and opens them up to women who would enjoy discovering them with me.
We begin with 100 Founding Members.

Each month, I’ll write to you about what has caught my attention. A bottle worth knowing, something I’ve cooked, a place I’ve visited or a discovery I want to pass on. I’ll explain why I chose it and how you might enjoy it yourself.
The Society Journal
A printed seasonal edition to arrive in your post. Champagne, menus, travel and entertaining, with photographs and stories you can return to when you’re planning a dinner or considering your next escape.
The Online Salon
An evening with me each month, wherever you live. We’ll explore a subject, answer questions and get to know the women joining us. You can take part from your own sitting room.
Invitations to go further
Opportunities to join me for Sydney Salons, dinners and journeys, with advance booking for selected releases. These experiences will be priced separately.
Your welcome
A personal letter and membership card. Our first 100 members will also receive a numbered founding certificate.

How you enjoy it is up to you
Perhaps you love having people over and would like some fresh ideas for what to pour and serve.
Perhaps you prefer a quiet evening, something good to read and a little planning for your next holiday.
Or perhaps you would like to go out more, with the reassurance of knowing who will be there to greet you.
You don’t need to live in Sydney or attend our events to enjoy the Society. The letters, journal and online Salons will come to you.
