Events & Experiences

If an event is cancelled by Luxe Maha
Guests will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

If a guest cancels
Due to limited seating and the preparation involved, all guest cancellations are non-refundable.

Ticket transfers
If you can no longer attend, your ticket is fully transferable.
Simply provide the new guest’s name and contact details prior to the event.

Digital Products

All digital guides, booklets, and downloads are non-refundable, as instant access is provided at the time of purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure delivery.

Champagne Tastings & Private Bookings

For private or corporate bookings, cancellation terms will be outlined in your confirmation email.
In most cases, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with advance notice.
